BEXHILL HIGH SCHOOL SUSSEX

The project included a feasibility study to evaluate the relocation of the High School into a site that incorporated a full range of sports facilities for pupils, the community & Bexhill Hockey Club. SLD carried out a landscape character assessment and visual impact analysis to support detailed design proposals. Ecological enhancements were incorporated into the scheme to preserve badgers and native fauna and flora. The new school layout incorporated external classrooms, an amphitheatre for outdoor drama and a bio-diversity garden.
