Greenmead Place Tesco Harrow submitted for planning

After a 2 year planning application process Greenmead Place was finally submitted to London Borough of Harrow for a full planning application this month. The scheme in includes 650 new homes, a new Tesco store, commercial units plus extensive public realm space.  Urban Greening, Biodiverse net gain an sustainable healthy streets have been key elements in the design and thus moving the submission forward.
