NILE BANK SIDE EGYPT

The site is located within the floodplain delta of the Nile, on the outskirts of Cairo. The scheme involved detail design of two villas sharing the same plot. Shade was a main concern to the client and extensive tree-lined avenues were proposed to achieve this objective. The scheme was implemented over a number of years.
