UNITY PLACE SOUTH KILBURN

The 3.2-acre site, situated between Cambridge Road and Kilburn Park Road, is located 100 metres from Kilburn Park underground station. It represents the second phase of a multi-phase 2,400 home master plan for the regeneration of South Kilburn.  SLD were commissioned for detailed design and to deliver 235 homes, and new communal and public spaces  To enhance health and well-being, extensive landscaped areas for the public have been created as well as a secure courtyard and children’s play areas for the exclusive use of residents.  A new public pedestrian route and tree-lined avenue runs east-west through the site linking Granville Road with St Augustine’s Church, reinstating the historic street pattern.
