LADYWELL PARK GARDENS LEWISHAM

In a prominent location on Lewisham High Street, 102 affordable homes will be delivered in a series of mid-rise apartment blocks around an exciting new public space and park gardens. Through a series of engaging workshops, the landscape proposals were led by a diverse mix of enthusiastic consultees who became 'design champions'. The scheme achieved Bio-diverse Net Gain, Healthy Streets and a 0.4+ Urban Greening Factor Calculation. The local Primary School will be involved in the detailed design of an educational trail in the park.
