THE FORGE WEST HAM

The Forge was previously a bus depot and maintenance shop located on Priory Road. The scheme consists of 192 units with the creation of a new tree-lined road with mature trees and planting. There are multiple ground-level communal courtyards for the residents in the surrounding blocks. A 1st level residents lounge that opens out into a garden terrace for general use and can be booked for events. A roof terrace on the 6th-floor level with views of the surrounding area. The new road was designed as a homezone to encourage residents to take ownership and use the street as their own space. The external design of the scheme accommodates for all mixed tenures.
