Mayfield Plans Approved, SLD appointed by Lewisham Council to deliver Stage 3+ package for tender

After a successful planning application earlier in the year, SLD have been appointed this month to take the project forward and assist with tender preparation.  The project is on a brownfield site and provides much needed social housing, the scheme includes integrated play, a new community garden for residents and passive recreation spaces. A significant bio-diverse net gain was achieved in the design with an Urban Greening Factor of 0.4+.  SLD as part of our social value offer to the Council will help develop the community garden at completion via a series of workshops.
