The Laindon Town Centre regeneration has been submitted for NMA planning approval.

SLD was appointed in April 2024 for the redevelopment of Laindon High Road. The Scheme comprises of new retail shops, including a Lidl store, extensive public realm, relocation of a war memorial onto the High Road, integrated play space and Rose Garden. The Scheme has just been submitted to planning this month for an NMA and works on 278 landscape drawings is progressing. SLD will be enhancing the site in biodiverse net gain and pushing ideas forward for integrating art and working with the local community.
