CARMEN STREET POPLAR

The development provides a high proportion of residential amenity space, communal gardens, public realm and commercial space opposite Crisp Street Market. This results in a mix of uses and active frontages to enhance the adjacent Langdon Park DLR station concourse. The project achieved a 0.4 urban greening factor and a significant biodiverse net gain. this was achieved by maximising the number of species mixes on green and brown roofs.
