BLACKWALL REACH TOWER HAMLETS

Swan in partnership with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and the GLA, are regenerating Blackwall Reach in Tower Hamlets to deliver 1,500 new homes. SLD has been commissioned for Phases 2 and 3 of the redevelopment preserving and enhancing the historic Robin Hood Gardens. The redevelopment is called The Millenium Green, which is a public park the size of Trafalgar Square and an oasis of play and recreation in the local urban fabric.  The scheme is a mix of new social and affordable housing for existing residents, as well as new private sale homes.  Phase 2 is being built and  Phase 3  has had plans approved and will complete this incredible and innovative transformation of the existing Robin Hood Gardens.
