BRIGADE COURT SOUTHWARK

Brigade Court is the new residential community, Secondary Academy & with a new Park in the heart of Borough, SE1. Set in the former home of the London Fire Brigade. The site connects past, present and future through a mix of Grade II listed buildings and the finest contemporary architecture, set around a central courtyard for a traditionally different take on modern living.  The residential development has funded a new public park called Finches' Grotto. Designed by SLD with input from Bankside Open Spaces Trust which includes an event space for marquis, amphitheatre and stage, fountain and passive seating areas for public use.
